Subject: Farul Constanta 23/24 Art Direction & Social Branding
Context: The 2023/2024 season was a highly complex and demanding one for Farul Constanța.
In addition to the regular championship, its play-off phase, and the Romanian Cup group stage campaign, Farul also participated in the Champions League qualifiers and the Europa Conference League, where the journey ended in the play-off round after the match in Helsinki.For this season’s artistic direction, I chose legible fonts with weight variations, predominantly using bold styles. As key graphic elements, the compass and old maps served as recurring motifs, often incorporated as vector patterns into various backgrounds.
For the European campaigns, the Romanian Cup, and the women’s team, I derived the core visual style while maintaining consistent layouts and fonts to ensure visual coherence.
Beyond social branding, I was involved in several other important projects, including the match program covers for all issues, the captain’s armband design, locker room player photos, the desk calendar cover, assets for the online store, special match scarves, the official match pennant graphics, and more.
